Return & Refund Conditions

To be eligible, please note:

  • Timeframe: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Product Condition: Item must be unused, in original, unopened packaging (for coffee bags).

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened coffee bags (unless defective/incorrect).

  • Gift cards.

  • Promotional/clearance items (unless defective).
